purchaser's responsibility to know their country's customs regulations relating to the product(s) they
wish to import. Purchaser is responsible for their country's customs or taxes.
If you purchase a product from www.kelatoxpro.com outside of The United States, Mexico and Canada, you agree to the following terms:
• You agree to assume all shipping costs. If the package is returned to us by your country's customs
department, we will refund the price of the products but we will not refund the cost of shipping. We
will not be liable for the shipping cost in this or any other case. The shipping cost will be deducted
from your refund.
• Some countries have restrictions that will not allow delivery of some natural health products. We
cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries
outside the United States.
• International shipments (outside the US) may be subject to taxes, duties, or other customs fees
upon delivery. As the recipient you are responsible for any such fees at the point of delivery. Please
understand we do not collect or make these charges. All taxes and fees are solely up to your
country's tax authority and customs officers.
• By law, we are obligated to report the exact amount of the sale on the customs form. Item
description reads "Food Supplements-For Personal Use Only".
• If for any reason the package is seized by customs officials, we cannot issue a refund unless all
products are returned to us undamaged and in their original condition. If the package is returned to us,
you are still responsible for any shipping charges.

• In the event an order is returned to Hormonal Health, LLC. by customs, refund is limited to 80% of
purchase price of the product returned.
• Shipping and handling charges for returned orders are not refundable.
